Brief history:
We bought the houses in 1999 and spent a year renovating and converting them for holiday renting.
Our aim was to keep the traditional Greek village style and at the same time install the up-to-date fixtures that people expect to find. Since then we have upgraded and improved the houses, and built up a client base and the good will of local people and businesses. We have attracted guests from most parts of the world - this year about 30% English, 30% French, 30% American, plus other nationalities.

- Our current cleaners who we have used the last three years are extremely reliable & motivated, they can also do full management service.
- We have used a local laundry since 2005, also very reliable, will collect & deliver.
- We will co-operate with the new owners to ensure a smooth transition if required.
- 2008 income 30,000 Euro on two houses, easy potential to increase by 50%.
