Because we purchased the land ourselves fairly recently the legal procedure should be fairly quick and relatively inexpensive; the searches, topographical plans, correction of
old contracts and so on, have all been done within the last two years.

 

The picturesque village of Spili can
be seen in the distance. All amenities are available there.

The lower plot is a grassy field of about 6,500 square metres. This plot has building permission clearance from the Forestry and Archaeology departments as well as from the local town planning department.
