The lower plot is a
grassy field of about 6,500 square metres. This plot has building
permission clearance from the Forestry and Archaeology departments as
well as from the local town planning department.

We bought this land for our own future use, but our situation changed more rapidly than we expected and we are building our new house a bit closer to our houses in Gavalohori instead.
In the distance (left) you can just see the new red roof protecting the chapel of St Anthony, which is a very pleasant walk down an ancient donkey track. The upper plot is approximately 9,500 square metres with wild oak trees and exposed rocks. Building permission for this part has not been applied for.
The two plots are divided by a good agricultural road. This lovely renovated old chapel of "Panagia" is just along the agricultural road. |
