The lower plot (above left) is a
grassy field of 6,289 square metres with its own natural spring. This
area has building
permission for a dwelling of up to 240 m2 from the local town
planning department, including clearance from the Forestry and Archaeology departments.
The picturesque village of Spili can
be seen at about 3 kilometres distance. Although quite small, most
amenities including bank, health centre, shops and restaurants can be
found there. The upper plot (right) is 9,435 square metres of wild oak forest and
large exposed rocks on a hillside, guaranteeing total privacy for the
lower area. The two plots are divided by a narrow agricultural road. All
searches, topographical plans, correction of old contracts and so on,
have been done within the last two years. This means that ownership can
be transferred with minimal legal work and expense.
